Outreach Center - A Sharing Place
The
mission of the Outreach Center is to show God's love by distributing food,
clothing, and household items to the neediest people in our city. This we do
in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to the glory of God.
The Outreach Center serves an average of 150 families per month. Annual food distribution is about 65,000 pounds per year.
Hours of operation for the Outreach Center are 8:30a.m. to 11:20 a.m. Monday through Thursday (closed Friday).
Eligibility Policy: Approved clients must live in the Poudre School District, and present social security cards for each person in the household and proof of income sources.
Eligible clients may receive food and clothing once a month for three
months.
The Outreach Center does not give financial assistance. Please call 211 for a list of other agencies in our area.
Donations of good clean used clothing, small appliances in good working condition, and other household items will be welcomed during these hours. The donation drop-off point is the double-doors loading dock on the northeast corner of the Outreach Center. Please be respectful of the church and our clients by providing clean, usable items. (NO computers/monitors, large appliances, large furniture or mattresses, baby car seats or cribs, please.)
The Outreach Center is in the northeast wing of Christ Center Community Church at the corner of Lemay Avenue and Drake Road. Clients will find it easiest to use the Drake Road entrance on the north (opposite Parkwood Lake).
