The pastor and staff of Christ Center have a strong awareness that God is unifying His Church through a fresh, anointed, and prophetic voice in music. Yes, there is a rising group of prophetic song writers, and anointed musical worshippers, who fulfill a unifying function across national, cultural, and denominational boundaries. We actively seek to listen, assess, and welcome this powerful wind of the Holy Spirit in our day, and in our church worship.

God is blessing the churches through these "minstrel warriors" who give fresh voice to our deepest heart cry and passion for loving the Lord our God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength. They join with the blessed hymn writers of previous generations to give us the heart tools of authentic worship through music.

We have developed a fresh, biblical approach to worship we call the "tabernacle model". Music is very much a part of this model (see "Why Worship?"). You may hear some of these during one of our Sunday services or at other prayer events such as our Healing Place ministry on Tuesday evening.

While it is not our intent or desire to promote any particular music style, we are open to the full range of musical artistry, so long as it is biblical and honoring to the Lord we love. We also sense a fresh hunger for many of the timeless and precious older "heritage hymns." These timeless hymns are anchoring the hearts of our "encore generation," and are being discovered with delight by a new generation. At times, it is so sweet to hear traditional music in a contemporary voicing.

The music and video links shown on the left side of this page are carefully selected. Many of the songs you explore here, you will find delighting the heart of God on Sunday mornings. Many of these songs are posted on YouTube, so we are making these links available here so that you can use them in your private worship times as well.
